Mental Health is more important than ever in today’s fast-paced, busy and potentially stressful lives that we all lead. At MAC, we try hard to create a workplace culture and environment where all of our people can thrive, and promoting mental health awareness is a critical part of this process.
Within our business we now have seven fully trained mental first aiders with a further individual currently waiting to do the course. Their role is to support and guide employees in the workplace who may be experiencing mental ill health or distress.
