MAC have recently invested in a purpose-built CRM system through Salesforce which will allow us to have greater control over projects we are tendering for. Importantly, it will also improve the evaluation of tenders we receive along with the overall service that we provide to our client base, from initial concept through to project completion.
The new CRM system will create further efficiencies across the business and forms part of MAC’s continuous improvement strategy in line with our ISO 9001 certification.
